What’s the fun in planning a wedding and not doing the event justice? Allow yours truly to shamelessly promote the Boyd family’s storied flair for throwing Chicago weddings to remember. Maybe if you live in around here you’ve heard about us and how we hold a proud history for hosting memorable wedding experiences.

We live for the spirit of the wedding! Our friends include wedding fashion experts, photographers and hair stylists. Aunt Sherry is a wildly-successful wedding host and cellist (you’d have to hear it to believe it)! This week I have browsed the creme de la creme of sites using a site for Chicago luxury weddings resources. Obviously, yours truly grew up around wedding planning. As a professional luxury wedding planner without a minute to spare, I am at long last organizing my luxury wedding with a bit of insight from sister. Did I mention that I am madly in love. Some could speculate I’ve been swept off my out of orbit by the greatest man ever!

Caroline, my luxury wedding planner partner friend and I, are very close and best friends. She is slightly behind us, me and my fiance Oggie Bear. A few days ago, we busted out the vintage photographs of my mom’s horrifically tacky Dallas wedding. Good times funny, but tastes come and go. Can you find the a moral about classical design in there somewhere.

You wouldn’t believe how great this is. His dad is so generous to be taking care of all the reservations, and the reception will be at one of the fanciest Chicago wedding venues! I really shouldn’t share the specifics cause I don’t want any party crashers. It’s a fun time to be getting married, ringing in our love with family and friends. We all realize that’s what a Chicago wedding is really about. The vitality of living.
