Orange has yet again been voted the best mobile broadband provider by mobile broadband users across UK. This is the third time in a row that the service provider has made it to the top of the YouGov Dongle Tracker survey. Orange had also led the poll in its October and August surveys.
The YouGov Dongle Tracker survey is a quarterly poll, which accumulates and analyses customer feedback on key issues like the quality of mobile broadband service, its cost and the ease of use among many other such pointers.
Orange scored exceedingly well on customer service, upload speeds and ease of use, gaining the first spot in nine out of 15 categories. It also emerged as the most reliable brand in the YouGov poll.
Asif Aziz, Director of Broadband and Home, Orange UK said that leading the poll once again was a matter of pride for the company. He said the results showed that Orange’s customers had appreciated their unmatched network quality and service. He reiterated the company’s commitment to providing even better products and services to its subscribers (see best mobile broadband deals).
Although Orange claims to be Britain’s largest 3G network, with a customer base of 93 per cent of broadband users, the company is still continuing its efforts to enhance its service quality and consequently the user experience to remain the unchallenged leader in the market. It has earmarked more investments for network improvements to widen the coverage and quality of service.
