How was Sophie going to ever find something to wear when all her winter coats for women and old fur coats kept getting in her way.
Although Sophie was highly organised she was also impetuous and somehow easily distracted. She was searching for the right outfit to wear and yet all she was doing was finding all sorts of other things of interest in her wardrobe. She had not realised how many winter coats for women she actually had hanging around. She did have a very small pang of guilt and thought that perhaps it would be a good idea if the charity shop were to have use of them. it was not like she used them any more. She did tend to be a little frivolous with her spending and once something had been used for a season it was unlikely to ever see the light of day again. She was so over fur coats too. She did have quite a few of them. They were largely short ones and not all of them were real. In fact, the fake fur ones she could definitely give away but the real ones she would either have to hang on to or to sell. Did anyone actually wear fur coats any more, she wondered. She doubted it and then she remembered seeing the pictures in the news about the terribly harsh winters they had been having in Russia. She made a mental note of finding out how to donate fur coats to poor people in Russia as she was certain it was only the wealthy that actually had fur ones. On the face of it, Sophie was selfish, commercialised, and materialistic and a teenie weenie bit vain. OK, she was a very vain, but in reality she had a good heart and meant well.
